Insurance and Indemnity
The client is responsible for all insurance related risk in respect of all vehicles, equipment and loads provided by them or to them for use by their drivers / operators and our instructors in the conduct of any training.

Course Schedule
Safe Driver Training has the right to cancel or/ and to limit learner numbers in any course, cancel postpone or reschedule classes without notice, or otherwise vary this agreement if the variation is caused by a reason beyond its control.
